New ownership group has plans to reposition the Days Inn Downtown Raleigh property as a Boutique Hotel that will be called The Longleaf Hotel
(Raleigh, NC) – SVN|Hotels is pleased to announce that it has arranged the sale of the Days Inn Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina for $6.5M. The 57-unit hotel is very well located along a highly trafficked corridor leading to downtown Raleigh. This transaction in is addition to the recent sale of the Hyatt Place in Midtown Raleigh by SVN|Hotels.
Sanjay Mundra and Kevin A. Mishra of SVN|Hotels facilitated the deal between Regency Investments, LLC and Loden Properties. The new ownership group has plans to reposition the property as a Boutique Hotel that will be called The Longleaf Hotel.
